I’m a new patron and have been to this office twice. Once for meet and greet and shots for my 10 month old Border Collie and once because he had gastrointestinal inflammation. Both times the staff (from phone appointment to reception to vet tech to doctor) were fabulous! Friendly, caring, professional…at no time did I feel rushed and they answered all my questions and genuinely cared for my boy. It’s so refreshing to find a vet office staff that cares for you and your baby. Thank you …everyone At Alessandro Animal Hospital!!!
I was with my previous vet for 25 years. I moved to Moreno Valley and needed a new vet. I found the staff very friendly. I was put off a bit at first because I had to wait in my car for them to call me in to fill out paperwork and then go back in my car to wait until they call my name. But I thought their prices were fair and if I can sit my car with my animal instead of the vet office that's probably a good thing. Overall, it was a very good experience and I really appreciate their care, friendly staff and doctor. Highly recommend.
Dr. Randhawa is the BEST vet I have ever spoken to. He is kind, compassionate, patient, and he truly cares about my cat Buster. With his recent diagnosis of diabetes I was overwhelmed and scared and didn't know what the future held. He has helped my husband and I gain more information on how to take care of him as well as his treatment for the future. He gave us free samples of diet food that my cat LOVES (after not eating independently for a week). I am so happy with this hospital and will be back for all of my pets needs!!
