My puggle Stormy was attacked by several dogs and had a pretty big open wound. I took him to Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands. The front desk staff was very nice and took us in pretty quick. They triaged Stormy and put me in a private room to speak with me. Dr. Townsend was the treating vet. He was very calm and explained everything to me. Chris, the care advocate, came in and explained the bill to me. I knew exactly what I was getting into. Chris was so nice, calm and caring. I had to leave Stormy there overnight for surgery. We are so grateful that we took our kitty to this emergency hospital last week! Two days of being at our primary vet with breathing problems I was told he was better and I could pick him up. Thank God I got him back and could clearly see he was still in distress. We took him to this place desperate for medical care. Dr. Tower and her helper Chris were angels to us. Chris kept us updated on what was going on with our kitty and Dr. Tower was very attentive and vigilant in treating him right away. We know our kitty is alive today thanks to them! We will never go anywhere else for a pet emergency again.
Closest Emergency Vet to Coachella Valley. Cat hadn't eaten for a few days. We drove out on a Sunday morning and waited hours to have him looked at. They had a list of tests they wanted to do, but at that point we wanted to turn it all over to our Regular Vet on Monday. Guess I'm burying the lede here. This place is top notch. They were friendly, professional and, ultimately, very reassuring. Glad to know they are there if we need them.
