Minor concern is the Ai attendant over the phone can be extremely unhelpful. The Ai claimed there was no Vet doctor to do an overall health check. I thankfully got a real person, with no hassle and got a same day appointment.
We’ve been taking our standard dachshund to Prestige since he was 8 weeks old, he is now 4 years old. Staff has always been very kind & detailed. Our pup recently had a minor surgery done and the support and follow ups have been so appreciated. The following days they called and checked in on Frankie to make sure he is recovering well. Throughout the entire process we were educated and well informed regarding his health and recovery. Dr Pinto did an amazing job taking care of our sweet boy. The staff here at Prestige are the absolute best I’ve ever seen in my whole experience as a dog mom. They truly care for pets and their owners by providing the highest quality of care. They will do everything in their power to help during the smallest inconvenience, and the hardest, most difficult moments. My dog feels so much better after receiving treatment and he will be a patient for life with Prestige because there is no better place with whom I would trust his health.
