“We had a plumbing issue, and water coming through the bottom of the walls into our hallway and into our kitchen. Ray is a very knowledgeable person and just a genuine human being, he didn’t try to sell us anything, he just told us straight up what the issues were and was so honest with us. Drove out to us and told us that we didn’t need anything done after he checked the moister in our walls and found no issues and he even gave us a couple suggestions to air dry everything out if we were still concerned. “Valentine from All American was able to make it to my home on a Sunday morning. I was so grateful when he arrived not long after my phone call. I had had a water issue under my kitchen sink that I was able to stop shortly after it happened. However I was concerned it the wood and drywall may have become too saturated.

Valentine did a detailed inspection, explaining to me along the way what he was checking and what he was finding. Fortunately, he assured me that I had caught it in time before there was a problem.

The inspection fee was reasonable for emergency weekend service and it was well worth it to be reassured that there wasn't damage done.“
