“Took a small (3x5?) Persian rug in after my German Shepherd "christened" it. Found the problem hours after it occurred, called these guys and took it in. I feel like these are guys who know their business, and they did a great job. Friendly, honest and informative. Note: expecting a new rug after cleaning is not realistic, but I'd need to show you the area for it to be noticeable. Very happy with the results. Just hoping my dog finds a better place next time I ignore her midnight request to be let out. I recommend them without reserve.“

“I had a different company, recommended by a local plumber, who came out and told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage, mold, and would have to have another company come out and do reconstructive work once they were done because they would have to pull out cabinets and sinks and make big holes in the walls. They even offered to falsify documents to my home owners insurance company. Once they did that, I knew they were not trustworthy, and refused their service. That is when I called Lou Gil at 411 Restoration. I asked if he could come look at my house and give me an estimate for the work needing to be done. He came out right away and was immediately able to tell me that my situation was not what the other company explained it to be, still urgent, but not the massive undertaking that the other company described, no mold, just water. He was able to bring in a crew quickly and began drying out my house right away. He is very professional, friendly and trustworthy. He communicated what would happen and followed through. The cost was a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge and there was no structural damage. The technique he used was minimally invasive and only required us to paint a little where the work was done. I will recommend Lou Gil and 411 Restoration to anyone that I know who needs these types of services in the future and will gladly work with them again if I ever have the opportunity to.“

They explained everything, were clean and courteous and mindful of our pets, and they were on-site and ready to go as expected. And they're nice guys, too!“
