All I can say is Tristan the project manager was AMAZING!! We had a sewage backup and he responded right away! His team was just like him, very respectful! He has made this entire process go so smoothly. He answered all our questions explained everything so we could understand. And it was just overall great to deal with someone who had compassion for what we were going through. And his team was exactly like him. We would 100% use him again and recommend his services!
Tristan and Angela showed up and took control of our situation. Everything went smoothly and would recommend them to everyone. The crew Omar, Hector, Angel and Jose did a great job. Our thanks to all of them.
A pipe burst in our home, and we were needing to to get things dried up ASAP to avoid to possibility of mold. ServiceMaster came out right away and got to work immediately. Their representative, Tristan Kerr, was helping coordinate the entire process. He and his team were amazing! They worked quickly but were thorough, careful and also very communicative throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were answered and all my concerns promptly put to rest. Having this team of pros on my side during the repairs made me and my family feel at ease and I couldn't be more grateful for it.Thank you Tristan and team for everything!
