“We just purchased an older home and the tech did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets. The tech texted me when he was on his way over, and texted me when they were about 30 minutes from being finished. He took the time to show me how to properly install my furnace filter (ours is older and a bit tricky) and was patient the entire time in explaining everything they were doing. He was really great about making the appointment, following through and communicating with us, and his estimate was just about spot on.
