“Valentine from All American was able to make it to my home on a Sunday morning. I was so grateful when he arrived not long after my phone call. I had had a water issue under my kitchen sink that I was able to stop shortly after it happened. However I was concerned it the wood and drywall may have become too saturated.<br><br>Valentine did a detailed inspection, explaining to me along the way what he was checking and what he was finding. Fortunately, he assured me that I had caught it in time before there was a problem.<br><br>The inspection fee was reasonable for emergency weekend service and it was well worth it to be reassured that there wasn't damage done.”
