I want to thank Paul Davis Emergency Services for coming after hours to the rescue and helping when we had a break in. They were very helpful through the whole process and helped us right away to get our door fixed that was sliced in half. Alan Ramos was very helpful as well and answered all our questions without hesitation. I will definitely call them back again!
We were very fortunate to have found Paul Davis Emergency Services when our house flooded back in October. They’re very professional, have a lot of experience and offer the best customer service. Even when our insurance did not respond our calls, Paul Davis was there to address our concerns and offer advise. From water mitigation to packing out, preparing an honest estimate…It’s such a piece of mind to work with someone that will ease your burden during the most stressful time. Had a hose disconnect from toilet tank while on vacation. Came home to find rooms flooded & ceiling leaking water. Paul Davis was suggested by my insurance. The leaders & workers were very professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, clean, friendly, and easy to work with. I cannot say enough. This was such a horrible experience to walk into at 11pm, that I couldn't imagine having a worse experience with extractors.
