We signed a contract that we thought we could trust and paid the down payment, but nearly two years have passed, along with my elderly friend who this garage restoration was to accommodate while her home was being demolished and rebuilt - now they have just ignored my calls, promised a refund several times and taken no action based on their words. Permits are all they have submitted, no follow up calls or updates, letters of project start date, etc. $31,000+ down the drain on this project with no company contact number showing on the website. I am not happy to leave a negative report, and was excited to see a change for the better in this property. But the bigger picture is even more interesting...“

“After losing my house it the Eaton fires I wanted to get the foundation inspected. I was hoping to do it before the Army core did the cleanup so I would know whether or not to have them take it out. I called several places. One told me they would need the foundation cleared of all debris before they could check it. Others quoted me prices of $1200-$1800 just for a pre inspection that would still need further testing.
LA Foundation Repair offered to do a free inspection with the stipulation that I wasn’t selling the property. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. They send Matt out who seemed very knowledgeable. He was able to clear small areas to test and explained how to determine if it was good as well as sharing their experience on other properties in the area they had looked at in the are. I highly recommend these guys for all your foundation testing needs.“
