We had a few companies come out to do an inspection for an ebb program grant we were approved for. Golden Retrofit was the only company that actually crawled under the house and did a thorough inspection. We were impressed with their professionalism. Their price was also the most reasonable. Very satisfied with them.

I started looking around for a foundation company to come out and take a look at my home because I felt unsafe with my foundation in case of an earthquake. I read a few companies reviews but this company stood out the most. Golden Retrofit came to inspect my home and the inspector had so much knowledge about what is going on with my foundation and what is recommended to do next. I’m glad I went with this company to do the repairs, they took care of everything. It was quick and easy and they made this process stress free.
