“We hired Top Tech Builders for a major project at our home in Van Nuys that included rebuilding our ADU, a room addition, and completely redoing the front and backyard. It was a big project with a lot of moving parts, and overall we had a great experience.
Idan was our main point of contact and was excellent throughout the entire project. He stayed on top of the schedule, communicated with us regularly, and was always straightforward when decisions needed to be made.
One thing that really stood out was how they handled unexpected issues. During the landscaping work, they discovered a large amount of buried rocks and debris that nobody could have known about beforehand. Instead of turning it into a stressful situation, Idan worked with the crew to find a solution and kept everything moving.
The outdoor work came out beautiful. They installed new pavers, artificial turf, drought-tolerant landscaping, and retaining walls, and the difference between the old property and what we have now is incredible.
They also handled several major upgrades as part of the project, including a new electrical panel, EV charger, and a new energy-efficient HVAC system. Idan was very knowledgeable about energy-efficient upgrades and helped guide us through available rebate programs, which ended up saving us a significant amount of money.
The ADU and addition came out exactly how we hoped, and we’re extremely happy with the overall transformation of the property.
