“I had a great experience working with Dana and Building in Harmony on my garage-to-ADU conversion project. They managed every aspect with expertise, ensuring that all approvals and paperwork were in place so the project could move forward. Not surprisingly, there were some delays in the project, but these were from city permitting.
Transforming a garage into an ADU is so complex, with so many moving parts, but Dana managed it with great organization and efficiency. She was always available to answer my questions, provide weekly updates, and guide me through each step of the project.
While some of the subcontractors she used weren't always the most detail-oriented or experienced, Dana was proactive in making sure everything was done correctly. She took the time to follow up on any issues and made sure the final result met my expectations. Her dedication and commitment to quality stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome.
