“Golden Hands Builders did a great job with our bathroom expansion and remodel. We had a 1/2 bath that we wanted to expand to a 3/4 bath (removed/extended a wall and added a full shower). They were on time and on budget. They communicated regularly and ahead of time via a group text. We always knew when worker's were going to show up and they always showed up when they said they would (that's been very rare in my past experiences). The workers were always polite, always protected the pathways and always cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely use them again (have two more bathrooms and a kitchen that will need work).“

“When I was planning this remodel I just wasn’t sure on when to start and how it would work with my schedule. I was not in town for most of the project. That was the whole reason I kept dragging my feet on it. I did not want to manage a remodel from a different state. Sounded like a terrible idea. But the house needed work badly and there was no point in waiting anymore. I was initially very worried. Asking myself can I trust the contractor will they answer me, will the job keep moving and so on. With quality first builders I felt early on that the answer was yes to everything. I met with Rudy for the first meeting, and once the contract was signed, I received a very detailed breakdown of all the design items from the design team. This email literally had everything in it, questions, links to things, vision boards etc. This was a lot more help than I expected given the fact that I wouldn’t be in town when a lot of the finishes were going to be needed. We scheduled in-person shopping dates for the days I was in town and other things were chosen online.

They kept me in the loop the entire time with updates, photos and quick answers to everything. Their communication was absolutely top notch.
And then I came back and it was just... done. That is probably the biggest compliment I can give them. The whole thing took up way less mental energy than I thought it would and the place feels really good now. Very very glad I did not keep putting it off. Kudos to Quality First Builders for impeccable work from start to finish.“

“We had a great experience with Simple Choice. From the start, Peter was very easy to work with. He came to give a consultation and provided us with the best options based on how we wanted the projects to go. The first project was to redo the front yard, removing all the existing bushes and adding 4 new citrus trees and 2 beautiful olive trees. Simple Choice proposed deigns and sourced gorgeous plants and trees that have held up very well over the past 2 very wet winters.We were very impressed with the first project so we contacted Peter to replace all the flooring in our house, including the staircase, and a full interior paint job. We also contracted them to build a screened-in porch for us. The flooring process was shockingly easy for us. Peter found us a great flooring option at a price lower than we could find it ourselves. The team did a great job with attention to detail and quicker than we could have imagined (3 weeks overall for the floors, paint, and staircase to be fully complete, but mostly done within 2 weeks despite bad weather).The screened-in porch is everything we wanted and more. Peter made the great suggestion to add a rolling screen panel that can open the porch to the outside when we want to make a transitional space between the porch and the yard. He listened to what I wanted in all the projects and was very respectful. Anything we had issues with (minor things here and there) would be addressed and fixed immediately.
