“Reached out to sunshine because I was hearing crackling noises coming from around our home and it raised a huge concern thinking of our foundation. Our floor were buckling and we were having different issues. Our inspector was Golan that came out and he found out that we had a bursted copper line that was spraying the sub floor from the crawl space and that was causing the floors to buckle because of water damage. Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. I'm talking nights and weekends, which I've never seen before from contractors. She is on-site once a day, at least, if not more. There isn't a day she isn't coming by to examine the work her team does.
