“Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. Diagnosed our issue with our new Nest thermostat quickly and made the necessary repairs in a very professional manner. “I had originally used a company that I thought was based in CA but turns out was overseas. Communication was a bit of a problem, but the big issue was that their T24 CF1R report required an expensive ERV unit.

It seemed unlikely to me that an ERV was necessary for my project, so I needed someone who was local that could review and confirm if that was really required.
