Very unreliable. Scheduled twice, both times no show, no call. After the first no show, customer service called saying the technician called when he couldn’t make it; I had no missed call but scheduled the second visit anyway and gave them two numbers. No show and no phone was called again. Edit: 2nd time tech did call after the schedule window. 3rd time finally showed. So 3 star.

Garik was super professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He explained the LADWP Optimization program very clearly and checked my HVAC unit so everything was performing optimally then installed the Nest. Would highly recommend his services. He was efficient and reliable, highly recommend him!

Just one call is great. As I listen to David recieve calls, he tells you honestly what work that needs to be done with very reasonable price. They work with the very best interest of the customer even before thier company. And this is why it makes them one of the best company you can hire.
