I opened the garage for him, said “what’s up”, let him go to work and what feels like 30 minutes later, he lets me know he’s wrapping up. I barely had enough time to make coffee. “Much like finding a skilled, honest auto-mechanic to work on your car; as a home owner, finding a skilled, affordable and honest electrician is nothing to take for granted. As the QA/QC Manager of SunStar Laboratories in Lake Forest, CA, I'm familiar with Magnetic Electric as our company has been working will Bill Vallone (owner) for the last five years. Bill has always leveled with us, and given us great assessments, at times supplying us with simple solutions that saved us big money, even at his own companies (financial) detriment. Very recently, I had an issue with my own house in Fullerton in which I needed to separate the electrical from two rooms into two separate breakers because they kept overloading and tripping the breaker. So I gave Bill a call. He came out the next day, and gave me very good pricing on what I wanted done. The next day, Bill and his team came out to perform the job. Bill pointed out that the previous contractors had badly overloaded some of the breaker circuits and even used shortcut techniques (pigtails) that were highly illegal and definitive fire hazards! This was not surprising to me, as I've seen poor makeshift craftsmanship in other parts of the house. Bill, out of good faith, fixed these issues, and didn't even charge me extra for it!To find a skilled, honest electrician is already a valuable asset. “I called today looking for someone to check the outlet for my forced air unit. Frank answered and was at my home within hours. While troubleshooting the issue he also found several other areas of old/bad wiring that no other electrician who has worked in that space pointed out. He is excellent at what he does and wasn't going to stop until he found the problem. I have an old house with electrical that most have thrown their hands up at, wished us luck or quoted us for a significant re-wiring. Not Frank. He isolated the short - fixed it and then fixed the other old/bad wiring. He didn't leave until the job was done.
