The screech from my smoke detector was giving me a migraine and my dogs were freaking out and refused their breakfast. I greatly appreiated that a clean cut, well mannered, uniformed, friendly, and courteous eletrician named Phillip, arrived on time for our 10 am appointment. He had offered to bring me a replacement smoke alarm that I declined. I want to buy my own replacement alarm, but appreciated the offer.
