“I was going to replace the old NEMA 10-30 outlet by my dryer with the newer 14-30 to connect my EV charger, but then I discovered my panel only had a 20 amp breaker not 30, so I called Silva. Eugene came that day and found that a previous electrician had tapped off it to wire 120v to some other circuits, so that's why it was limited to 20A. He took it all apart and rewired things to connect that circuit to another outlet, so the 14-30 would be dedicated to the 240v EV outlet in a new box with conduit run to a convenient place to put my charger, and he replaced the breaker. It's all nice and pretty now -- and correct. Eugene is very pleasant and works efficiently.“
