“Joe Medina was excellent to work with. We had cracking in the ceiling of our home and doors that were getting more difficult to close. We were concerned that our foundation had issues. Joe came out and provided a very thorough review of our foundation and told us that there may be some settling due to last winter's rain but that our house was still safe to live in. He did not see any foundation issues and did not try to upsell us on their company's services. If we have any future issues, we will go back to Joe and Professional Foundation Repair as they are trustworthy contractors that do not try to over sell you on repairs.“

“This was our second project with Sergio and Osh Construction, and we truly could not be happier. This project actually began b/c Sergio and his team helped us discover leaks and water damage in our exterior wall during a previous project. What started as a straightforward rebuild of that wall eventually evolved into a much more extensive project due to evolving requirements from our city and HOA. Through all the changes and unexpected curveballs, Sergio remained patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He always explained our options clearly, gave us honest assessments of what to expect, and provided thoughtful recommendations. He never pressured us and always gave us space to make decisions. When things came up, he always patiently worked with us to adjust plans and schedules.

Sergio was highly responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. His estimates were clear, detailed, and fair, and he made the effort to ensure our project always moved forward. When we began the actual construction, the team exceeded all expectations. On the very first day, they accomplished far more than scheduled. We had initially worried about living with an exposed wall, but thanks to their hard work and planning, the walls were closed up and windows installed right away so nothing was left open.

The Osh crew consistently showed up early (typically between 7:30 and 8:30 AM) and was always courteous and respectful. Even on inspection days, someone from the team would arrive early to ensure everything was ready and wait for the city inspector because the inspection timeframes weren’t posted until that morning. The crew often went above and beyond our original scope of work, taking steps to add value our home, help prevent future issues, and deliver the best outcome. The quality of their work is incredible. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and we trust them completely not just to do the job, but to do it right.

Most of the work was finished ahead of schedule, and our final inspection passed on time. We’re so grateful for all the effort, flexibility, and care Sergio and his team put into our project.
