We had a sewage backup and leak in our home after new year, and it was quite stressful. However, the Pacific Environmental and Abatement Solutions team was so helpful and thorough in the explanation and process. First, I got to speak with Armando who came over and thoroughly measured and explained the process. He was quite reassuring of the quality of work and answered any questions I had. Then, Michael, Elio, and Hilario came over to complete the demo and ensure safe protocols/ procedures throughout the process. The asbestos service was done with professionalism and on time! Armando was amazing at communicating with me about the process of the work and also making sure all the work gets done in the agreed time frame. Furthermore he was resourceful and provided all the information and help I needed when I asked. I highly recommend this team if you want the job done and done right.
