“Took my iPad 9th generation to Best Buy because the charging port was acting up. They told me it would cost $250-$450 to replace the whole battery… I was skeptical because the battery was charging if I pushed the charger in and held it with my hand. So I googled some places and found IPhix. Went to the store at inland mall and spoke with Bella. Very professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the iPad and told me it’s a port issue and it’ll cost $120+tax and that it’ll be ready the next day. When I picked it up, Mustafa, the owner/manager, was very professional. It cost me $130 to get it fixed and I’m completely satisfied with the work they did and their customer service was excellent. I will be going here from now on for any device issues.“
“Needed my iPhone X screen fixed pretty quickly. Not being from the area, I put out a quote request and began receiving quotes ranging from $60-120. Some shops aren't open and others wouldn't have a quick turnaround. My husband and I just happened upon the Talk N Fix kiosk at the Ontario Mills mall and we were quoted $80 with a turnaround time of 15 mins. I handed him the phone, did my shopping and when I returned the phone was ready. He had me go through the motions of turn the phone on and putting my passcode into to make sure the screen wasn't defective and I was good to go.“

“I am once again thoroughly impressed by the service I received at the Best Buy in Rancho Cucamonga. When I couldn't find the toner cartridge I needed, Joseph came over to help me. It wasn't in stock, but he arranged to have it delivered to my home in two days. He gave me valuable information about my printer, as well as showing me the newest ipad. (I had heard they were no longer making the ipad pro 12.9) He gave me advice/information in a friendly, efficient way that left me feel more knowledgeable about my machines.
