I had an awesome experience with uBreakiFix in Rialto. After not getting my new Samsung phone to work properly and even contacting Samsung to no avail, I followed Samsung’s recommendation and took it to uBreakiFix’s Rialto location. Jack there was friendly and professional. He said that he would troubleshoot the problem within an hour. Sure enough, he came out about 30 minutes later and explained the problem (I have to admit that it was user error, MY USER ERROR). The phone is now working just fine.

They fixed the phone quickly and left it like brand new. Very helpful and understanding, I'm amazed by the level of service provided. I paid out of pocket but I am looking to getting the insurance plan to avoid this again.
Same day repaired, I have an old Samsung s22 ultra, it had been sitting in a drawer for 2 years due to a cracked screen.
