After not getting my new Samsung phone to work properly and even contacting Samsung to no avail, I followed Samsung’s recommendation and took it to uBreakiFix’s Rialto location. Jack there was friendly and professional. He said that he would troubleshoot the problem within an hour. Sure enough, he came out about 30 minutes later and explained the problem (I have to admit that it was user error, MY USER ERROR). The phone is now working just fine.
