I took my pc to a repair shop which they had for 2 weeks just to end up telling me they couldn’t fix it I ended up taking it to bestbuys geek squad and honestly best decision I ever did I got it back same day fixed and everything all good they did in 3 hours what another repair shop couldn’t in 2 weeks

Phone broke on a holiday I called and he immediately came asap to his store and fixed my phone and even noticed I had a damaged battery and replaced it too the pricing wasn’t to bad he was quick and really nice person great customer service!

I dropped off my software for the techs to reinstall on my computer.I had been having some issues with my computer and I took it in for a "tuneup". It ended up needing a bit more work and they had to do a factory reset or something like that.I'm glad we pay for the service yearly, so we're able to get the maintenance taken care of and it is much more manageable than paying out of pocket.
