“Took my iPad 9th generation to Best Buy because the charging port was acting up. They told me it would cost $250-$450 to replace the whole battery… I was skeptical because the battery was charging if I pushed the charger in and held it with my hand. So I googled some places and found IPhix. Went to the store at inland mall and spoke with Bella. Very professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the iPad and told me it’s a port issue and it’ll cost $120+tax and that it’ll be ready the next day. When I picked it up, Mustafa, the owner/manager, was very professional. It cost me $130 to get it fixed and I’m completely satisfied with the work they did and their customer service was excellent. I will be going here from now on for any device issues.“
