I had a fantastic experience at CPR Cell Phone Repair today! I had a small wood chip stuck in my iPhone 13 charging port that I’d been trying to get out myself for days. I honestly thought I was going to be stuck using wireless charging forever.
I went in to see if they could help, and the gentleman working was incredibly kind. He took the phone to the back and returned literally 30 seconds later with the wood chip removed! When I asked what I owed him, he told me it was a courtesy. I can’t believe such amazing, honest service still exists nowadays. They solved a huge inconvenience for me in seconds. Highly recommend CPR for their integrity and speed!“

“Sam was absolutely amazing. I brought in my husband’s iPhone 14 Pro Max the day after Labor Day after it got wet in the pool. He did everything possible to try to save it, but unfortunately it was too far gone—especially after I had already tried fixing it myself. Even so, Sam was able to get it working enough to sell it on consignment for me, and he got a much better price than I ever could have on my own.

I also brought in my mom’s old iPhone 12 with a badly damaged screen. Sam repaired it and then sold that one on consignment as well—again for more money than I expected.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone needing phone repair or resale help.“
