In July 2024, I was in search of two new HVAC systems. ( Yes, OUCH). After 5 estimates, I decided to have the system replaced by Baseline Heating. Noel did not try to sell me the most expensive brand or model. He taught me how to differentiate the specs of the various models so my husband and I could make an informed decision. He even offered us all applicable available discounts.
The installation team was clean, professional and thorough. After the installation was complete, Noel returned to check the quality of the installation. Everyone involved clearly knew what they were doing.
