So happy with the service we were provided by Mountain Service Company. Front office staff is helpful and responsive. And the staff that comes out to the house is knowledgeable, polite and clean. my generator broke down at the peak of the winter storms that were closing roads and testing the limits of everyone’s generators and they came out the same day to diagnose the issue. took a few days to complete the repair, in part due to road closures preventing return access to my home. generator back in action and for a very reasonable rate. tech was friendly and knowledgeable and patient answering my litany of questions.

What a relief it was to work with MSC on fixing my old wall furnace. Of course my heater stopped working on the first cold of the winter, but MSC was great about getting an appointment scheduled, showing up on time, and Brian was great in assessing the repairs needed and again showed up when he said he would return. I loved that the company is local family in the valley since 1979 and understood my cabin situation and particular needs. When the day comes to replace my old wall heater, I know I will be calling on MSC to help me out.
