I wish I could give six stars. Nick and his assistant, Marc, went above and beyond, below our house. I had no idea a central heating system could be so complicated, requiring a thousand decisions. And our house, having some unconventional construction, must have posed unique challenges. Guided by curiosity, I crawled around in the dust and dirt, down below (being careful to not touch anything). Behold, I saw with my own eyes the scope of Nick's craftsmanship. The attention to detail. He is not only a scientist, but an artist. I must admit, I have not yet turned on the heat. It's the middle of summer. But I look forward to a more comfortable winter.

I'm so impressed with the team from the Furnace Room, starting from estimate to installation.
Mattie came to the house, listened to our needs and presented us with several options. Throughout our decision making process he was patient and respectful.
The installation team, led by Nick and assisted by Mark, was absolutely amazing. They worked hard and diligently from start to finish. They were respectful of our property, and made sure to tidy up at the end of each day which I really appreciated. The quality of their work will be reviewed by my husband separately :)
