“Rancho Family Medical Group is my best experience yet with a medical group. I was with my previous Dr. for 25 years and was very disastisfied with constant changes with P.A's and being sent to urgent care because my dr. was on vacation. Rancho Family has a large network of offices and their own urgent care and all of my information is networked. I love Dr. Rahman, who takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. The offices are all clean and I never wait more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Rancho Family Medical Group.“

“The poor reviews are not accurate. I've been dealing with a cancer scare / a ton of invasive testing for two months and Dr. Kathy has been nothing but supportive and caring. She schedules regular check ins with me to make sure I'm making my biopsy and oncology appointments so things don't progress and get worse. She's not trying to get a copay out of me when making these check in appointments (like some reviews claim)...she's making sure my tumor doesn't spread by reminding me to keep up with my appointments with specialists. That is a primary doc's job.Also, the staff remembers me and my situation, are empathetic, and have been nothing but kind and helpful. Five stars for sure.“

“There have been many issues trying to get through to the office without being placed on such long holding times but more frustrating then this is the inability for the office to return calls. And when or if they do, it's blamed on the medical group that takes the call and delivers the message to them. Mammogram done in Dec last year, still no follow up from their office with results. Referral given for dermatologist that has expired twice for inability to get correct paperwork to correct place to schedule the appointment. Now in need of another referral...time for a new doc/medical group“
