My health insurance auto-assigned me to a provider here. I don't know that I would recommend them. I was having some pain after an ER visit and was told to follow-up up with a lung specialist within 2 days. Having an HMO, I needed to come here to see my PCP first. He was scheduling about 2 weeks out. I work full time and took the afternoon without pay at a new job to drive to this appointment, but was unfortunately about 20 minutes late and couldn't be seen. It's not their fault, but I just felt really frustrated by the situation in general. I don't think that FQHCs in general tend to provide great care and this one is no exception. The people working here are great and very helpful. They are doing a really good job. I can't say as much about the phone tree I need to go through to do something simple. I drove down to this office today to make an appointment because doing that is faster and easier than trying to call. Weird times we live in. The staff aren't allowed to give out direct numbers either. They said they would like to but can't. Listen to your staff!
