The receptionist Jannette (I don't know if I spelled it right), is so helpful and informational. She's super sweet and really puts her care towards patients.
Megan is also super kind and really puts patients first. I had to call to switch up referrals and without denying me like multiple other clinics when I had discrepancies, she did it immediately over the phone.
Dr. Robert Mcdonald is an amazing doctor. Super comedic, knows how to make patients comfortable. He is super informative and really puts the care needed to his patients. I'm thankful for this clinic, it's really assisted me in my treatment.
The poor reviews are not accurate. I've been dealing with a cancer scare / a ton of invasive testing for two months and Dr. Kathy has been nothing but supportive and caring. She schedules regular check ins with me to make sure I'm making my biopsy and oncology appointments so things don't progress and get worse. She's not trying to get a copay out of me when making these check in appointments (like some reviews claim)...she's making sure my tumor doesn't spread by reminding me to keep up with my appointments with specialists. The office staff are friendly and while sometimes there is a wait time, the office continues to take COVID seriously and continues to use masking policies and checking for tests. Dr. Kathy and Dr. Rochelle Bui have both been so detailed in explaining everything to me, patient with questions, and it never feels rushed. The prescriptions are usually delivered right away too. The staff even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my appointment was set with all the right information. Today I saw Dr. Robert. He touched my belly without consent and forewarning and it left me very uncomfortable. He seemed to make many assumptions about my condition without evidence from tests and prescribed something anyway. I usually am treated by Dr. Kathy who knows my current condition, so I feel hesitant about taking a treatment with no concrete reasoning. I like this office, but I personally would rather only see Dr.Kathy and Dr.Rochelle. I also ended up having to pay a copay even though they couldn't run the test and ended up telling me to go to Quest Diagnostics instead. It feels like I got cheated out of a decent amount of money and wasted my time. When the doctors are present they are helpful but otherwise my visit today fell a little flat.
