“Working with Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. was a wonderful experience. Chad, the owner, was very helpful and had some great ideas about the project for my backyard, which needed a total overhaul. He answered all of my MANY questions, sometimes more than once! Every aspect of the project (timelines, cost, process) was clearly communicated, in writing, and I really appreciated that there were no surprises.

Chad introduced me to all of the guys on the crew (Cesar, Romeo, Roberto and David..I apologize if I missed anyone!) and explained who would be doing what. They were all friendly and respectful. Hunter came by at a later date (because of weather issues) to stain/seal the deck and install some of the irrigation equipment. He was also very friendly and professional. This company does things right and has wonderful employees! She responded quickly to my texts and phone messages, and is definitely a huge asset of Shear Perfection!

The team of Jordan, DJ, Jesus and all their staff have been awesome to work with. They were very responsive to all of our requests and had some great ideas to add in order to provide us with our dream backyard.

Jordan was our initial contact. He was very responsive, punctual and professional. He told us some things that they could do that others said could not be done. And they delivered. My wife was very impressed with his ideas. That evening, we decided we're going with this company.

They started about a week earlier than anticipated. We started working with DJ at this point along with Jesus and his crew. All the staff respected our property. They worked hard staying on track.

DJ kept us updated each step of the way and was on-site several times during the week if not almost daily to check in on progress and keep us updated on what was going on or what the next steps were.

At the completion of the project which included a mini remodel of our pool (tile change, new decking, etc), an outdoor fireplace, and outdoor kitchen, new patio cover, all new concrete patio and walkways, new plants, trees, irrigation, drainage and lights, we were ecstatic with the finished project. The estimate for the project was what we expected with no surprises. We did go slightly over budget but that was our fault for adding features as we progressed.

Overall, we are super happy with our backyard remodel project from beginning to end.“
