Today is Friday, and it was around 4PM and I had a problem with my main sprinkler valve spraying water out. I have been meaning to call someone, but just kept putting it off. I called Hazen Sprinkler Repair and John came right out...and usually on a Friday you can't get in contact with anyone, they all want to get on with the weekend. Well, John was so helpful, and made sure everything was right, and even checked my whole system to make sure it was working right! I am a senior, so it was so good to have someone so dependable to help me out! I would recommend 100%!
I had a leak in sprinkler valve causing some minor flooding in the yard. Made a call to John at Hazen's and was able to get a same day appointment. After the valve replacement John went through the entire system at my request and was able to quickly identify and fix all of the issues with the system Great work ethic and extremely coconscious service for a fair price. Such a pleasure to work with Hazen's.
John Hazen of Hazen Landscape Services came to my place, replaced and cleaned my sprinkler heads. He did not make me feel like an idiot having to set my sprinkler timer, because that was the reason I called him. Its so nice requesting home services to someone who is really friendly and personable, he really enjoys his job. I will be keeping his business card handy, and he will be the only one in the future I call for sprinkler needs. Thank you, John, you were great.
