“I accidentally went to the Optometry office next door, hence the incorrect office (Crystals Optometry) due to personal medical problems, chasing my little one around, and quite bluntly extreme fatigue. The office I accidentally went to took advantage of my situation despite me stating I was referred from Children’s Eye Institute Inc. and stating other identifiers that suggested I was under the impression I was at Children’s Eyewear Sight. In addition they also overcharged me despite my son having Eye Insurance that covers both frames & lens! Regardless of that horrid experience Dwight Gregory swooped in and saved the day! He personally called me to better understand the situation and was able to get the other office to refund my money. Truly went above and beyond in helping to make sure everything was situated. Izzie(hopefully I’m spelling that correctly) was so attentive, knowledgeable , and kind. I am very grateful to this office, for their professionalism, customer service, and their honesty in what was covered by the insurance and the thorough breakdown of the overall cost. No words can express my gratitude but I highly recommend this office to other parents.“

“Made my appointment and was actually seen at my appointment time! No crazy wait time so I was happy already! Staff got all my stuff done quick (air pressure test n etc.) the Dr seen me quick, all were friendly, professional, and so helpful. My contacts brand discontinued my Rx, so I was given a few trials for alternatives and since my visit went so well I then went back for my 2 kids who got glasses. One pair was ready within 1 week. the higher end pair took a bit longer but we're not in a hurry so not a problem to wait another week. I recommend this spot.“

“I been going to Dr. Katz I was 15 years old and never got my eyeglasses lens tented with a metallic silver lens tint for my gold eyeglasses because I have never seen gold eyeglasses with metallic silver lenses at all I'm trying some new tint and I have school on August 7th and I been praying my gold eyeglasses with metallic silver lenses come on Monday“

“I made an appointment for an eye exam on the phone, because I needed a new contact lens prescription.Dr Lee was very thorough and took her time to explain everything. I also decided to get an Optomap retina scan due to some other health issues and she explained the images to me.The eye exam was $125 and included a prescription for contact lenses and glasses and the retina imaging was $39.I'm happy with my experience at this office and would return.“

“This was my first visit to Sunrise Optometry, which happened by coincidence while I was getting service next door. The location was convenient, right next to Kohl's department store. Although I didn't purchase eyeglasses during this visit, Mr. Charlie, who welcomed me, was friendly and provided excellent customer service. He clearly consulted with me on which frame and color would suit me best, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I plan to return for an eye exam next time and, subsequently, purchase eyeglasses.“
