I just gave this place a second chance on basis of my last experience with them like two years ago , which was not very pleasant. However they got me back with their best phone appointment
Front desk welcoming
Going through very clearly the insurance policy
They were not at all pushy
What ever I wanted they agreed to provide
Here I will must mention Alisha ,super sweet person to explain insurance and with cost estimates
Ivy , helping with checking out , kept it simple and easy and not at all making it too pushy to sell different random stuff.

My Doctor was Amazing, She was Extremely
Professional & write on point, made me feel
At ease. & Explained my situation.
The staff is very fringed & I already Loved the ENTIRE CREW!!!

Went back to order my glasses and the representative was very nice. Answered all of my questions on the sunglasses and I feel confident I will like the outcome. I also order regular glasses. I have been going there since it opened and have had good experiences and in an emergency Dr Abo was available for me in the early morning of that situation. He even helped with the referral that I would need. The entire team is awesome and would not anything. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Sue
