“Accidentally stepped on my glasses the other day, and took them in to Dr. So's office to see if anything could be done. Office staff was great, and worked with me to get the original frames repaired a bit. I had bought them from Dr. So's office more than two years ago, and they were no longer in production. Believe it was Jan that got me set straight and on the road again. Really appreciate how they are flexible working with you, and do not try and upsell you on things you don't need. A less reputable office would have been pushier about getting new glasses entirely. Thanks for being straight shooters.“

“On Feb 5, 2024, I went into the Target in the colonies to get an eye exam. I didn’t have an appt, but upon my arrival LP Pineda greeted me with kindness and was very welcoming. LP was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable and I was able to schedule my exam. I had my exam with Dr Kiet Bui who also was very efficient and helpful in asserting my questions and helping me understand my diagnosis. Upon returning to LP, I felt confident and comfortable in ordering my glasses. LP was able to help me every step of the way and was very helpful and courteous. “Called to get more info, and Sandra was so nice, explained how their prices worked and I made an appointment right then and there. When it was time for my appointment everyone was welcoming. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a clearance section as well as the 2 sections full of glasses, for women & men. Those are $79.95 which is their lowest price. It includes 2 pairs of glasses and the eye exam. The Dr. is so nice & patient. When you pick out 2 pairs, they will try to sell you on protection and non scratch plans, if you don't want to pay more than the $79.95 just let them know.“

“Dr. Patel is very nice and caring. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great exam with no problems. Except my eyesight. I needed new glasses. I expected eye doctor prices and they were. Overall a great experience.“
