Clear View Optometry offers great customer service and professional care. The staff is helpful in person and over the phone, and the optometrists are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They handle appointments and glasses orders efficiently, with some exceptions. Some patients have experienced issues with broken frames and long wait times for replacements. Overall, many are happy with their experience and find it "flawless" or "great."
Went to to Costco and they didn’t do a good job with my wife’s prescription.. We stopped by there and they took care of her. She was able to see clearly with her new glasses.
Had issues with the frame and they replaced my glasses for free with another frame.
Definite, recommend them. We’ll go again for our yearly exam.
Clearview Optometry on Highland provided a good overall experience when I brought my son in to get glasses. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they did a nice job helping him feel comfortable during the exam. It’s always appreciated when a place takes the time to work well with kids and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.
The eye exam process was smooth and professional, and the doctor took the time to answer our questions about his vision and what type of lenses would work best. They also had a good selection of frames to choose from, which made it easier to find something that fit well and that my son liked wearing.

I happened to stumble across this office when leaving the gym next door, walked in and asked if they could repair two prescription glasses that I was getting ready to take somewhere else. I’m glad I dropped in, the lady that helped me was very kind and repaired both pair within a very short amount of time, for a very good price.
