Went in for a replacement on my eyeglasses due to lense scratches. When I when back to have lens replaced, they broke my frame and then had the nerve to ask me if the frame was broken. Long story short they offered to replace frame but gave me the longest run around that took almost a month to receive new frame. It was not a good look for them.
I’ve been coming to Clear View Optometry for 5 years now. They all have great customer service, and extremely helpful in person and over the phone. I’ve never had any issues with any of my appointments nor my glasses orders. My family comes here and we all see Dr. Zubi. Dr. Zubi is very friendly, caring and a professional. I’m so happy with Clear View and will continue to come here for years to come.
I had such a great experience! From scheduling, to paperwork, tests and eye exam. It was all so flawless. The optometrist was so kind and knowledgeable, didn't rush me either. The women in the front that helped me were very patient and courteous. I found my new optometrist!
