I usually get my examination here, but today I came to pick up my contact prescription. I was helped by a women, I believe her name was Melanie, and she gave me some contact lens samplers since I was running out. Also I had some question about dry, red eyes, and I told her I use lumen eye drops. She educated me that the lumen has preservatives in them that make my eyes dry but fix the red eyes. Then she showed me other products that dont have preservatives. I was very impressed with how professional they are! Definitely will come back!
I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optometry. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of eyewear was extensive, and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to get a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses all in one convenient location. I highly recommend Costco Optometry for anyone looking for quality eye care at an affordable price
Needs new management. The woman with a buzz cut and her female sidekicks are absolutely horrid. Terrible customer service. She feigns nice, but is a Jeckle and Hyde type of character.She is so weird. I can’t wait till they get new management. I need new glasses each year.The male clerks are professional and great.
