My husband and I recently visited for the first time after being long-time Sam’s Club Optical members, and all I can say is—we wish we had made the switch sooner!
Dr. Kirt Bui was absolutely amazing—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire exam.
We also had the pleasure of working with LP Pineda, the optical team leader, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The level of customer service we received was unlike anything we’ve experienced before.
Hit the eye Dr. bullseye! I needed a new provider due to insurance change, took a chance on my local target optical and was impressed! LP P. provided excellent service, knowledge, money saving tips with ease. I can’t wait to pick up my new prescription glasses! Thank you Target Optical
