I reached to Araujo via yelp to see if they could get us a better deal. Jesus responded and quickly provided us with a quote that was reasonable and significantly less than what our other contractor was charging. Jesus was very responsive and quickly showed us that we were being ripped off. We didn't end up using Araujo for other reasons unrelated to their service. Followed by the roofing class you can expect 2-3 different pricing options, and the promise of a foreman to check on the crew for quality control. This company, however, takes great care and focus in what you're trying to accomplish. Fix the problem. I expected a lead time to set up, but they took off and came back in an hour, spent 3 hrs. repairing, documented a handful of pics, and cleaned up during and afterwards. We had a lot of water damage due to leaks and termite rot. They were able to schedule and complete the job in a timely manner which was great due to the rainy season coming.
