I'm not one to typically post reviews, but Zenith Roofing went so far above and beyond, not only on the quality of the job, but in their customer service and ensuring the entire process was smooth and seamless.
My wife and I bought our home about six months ago and have absolutely marathoned a complete renovation, from foundation work to a new roof and everything in between. This was our first time undertaking such an endeavor and we learned a lot along the way; notably that contractors can be an absolute menace to your sanity. Not only having to stay on top of them to get work done in a timely manner, but almost micromanage the details so that work is done right. Hiring Zenith was the total opposite experience. They were timely, professional, hard working and so attentive to the needs of our home and our family that my wife and I just want everyone to have that same kind of experience.

Zenith roofing refurbished our roof by replacing all the broken and cracked tile, replaced the underlayment and replaced all the flashing around the skylights and many tube lights on our 30 year old roof, plus extra. There was no pressure to replace the roof as we are 83 and 92 years old. I explained my need and the owner listened. He presented two options. Both were fair and reasonable in cost. His employees were efficient, courteous with questions, and their clean up after was impeccable. We had good communication during the four day job.
Zenith Roofing is a great company to do business with from beginning to end. I needed a roofing company to do a Tile lift and relay. The underlayment was going bad and deteriorating. Their roofing crew came out and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Brian and Omar always kept me up to date as job was progressing. They are very honest and upfront. No surprises. Highly recommend Zenith Roofing.
