My house has an older roof, and I expected most contractors to push for a full replacement. These guys actually suggested starting with targeted repairs first. They fixed cracked flashing, resealed joints, and reinforced a weak edge near the gutter line. It took longer than a basic patch job, but I appreciated the thoroughness. One small downside was that they left a few scraps near the side yard, though they came back the next day after I mentioned it. Overall, it feels like I bought myself a few extra years of roof life.
We were referred to Zenith through a strong referral from a friend and whose neighbors had also used them. Despite that, I still got 5 estimates just to make sure. They came in on the lower end of pricing (though not the lowest), but their work included more in the initial estimate. I recommend uploading your estimates to AI and asking for a side-by-side comparison, and ask what questions you should ask about their estimate, you will learn a lot. Bryan was thorough in his estimate, did not over-measure, and was fair about removing pricing from the quote when something did not need to happen.
