After all of the rains we notices we had leak in our porch roof. We called Alvarez and they came out same day and assessed that we needed the roof resealed in certain sections. We exchanged emails on the price and they came before the next rainstorm. They were very professional with photos of what they did and a contract with a guarantee on the repair. Thanks again.

Our roof had a leak from all the rain we've been having. I sent out a message to several companies through Yelp and Cristian was the first one to respond and said he could come tomorrow to give an estimate. He took a look and took some pictures to show me the damage and what needed to be fixed. He was able the fix the roof same day, his price was very fair and he worked very fast and did a quality job. Throughout the process he sent me pictures of how the roof was looking and progress being made. I highly recommend Alvarez roofing; I was thinking we'd have to wait a long time and that the cost would be outrageous but thanks to Cristian that wasn't the case.

Alvarez Roofing did a great job locating and properly addressing a leak in my garage roof. Christian quickly came to survey the situation, examining the entire roof. and zeroing in on a cracked tile with deteriorated underlayment. I opted to replace the underlayment on the entire roof to avoid future problems. Surprisingly, scheduling had Alvarez Roofing ready to work in just a few days. Their estimate was very reasonable, using superior underlayment, replacing cracked tiles and the entire drip edge, all with a 10 year warranty. The workmanship was very professional, the roof looks great, ready for the next big rain. A job well done. I highly recommend Alvarez Roofing.
