In mid July, after obtaining several quotes, I contacted JVM Roofing to replace the current aging roof on my house. The current roof was close to 40 years old and showing its wear. Javier discussed the process with me and I selected a roofing color. The work started on-time with roof tear off which took a full day. Next the underlayment was put down and later the shingles were installed. Total time from start to finish was 6 days. This time included replacing several sheets of plywood and making some other minor repairs. The underlayment was a reflective material.
