I work in property management and have used other licensed roofers that subbed out their work and left me with a new roof that wasn't done properly. Sandoval Roofing does not sub out his work and has long time experienced employees that do their work . I just hired their company to replace a hot mopped flat roof with a new torch down roof. The hardworking crew stripped the entire roof one day and put down a protective layer. The next couple of days they completed two layers of torch down. They were very careful to protect my tenants things and to clean up any mess. The new roof is beautiful and the process couldn't have gone better. My tenant reported they did an amazing job.
