Sacramento County Health Center is praised for its friendly and caring staff, including HRs, nurses, and doctors. Many patients have found their experiences at the center to be positive, especially after enrolling in the Healthy Partners program. They appreciate the efficient appointment scheduling, often receiving appointments in less than two weeks, a significant improvement over previous experiences at other clinics. Patients find the MyChart app helpful for accessing medical records, setting appointments, and checking prescriptions. While the lab can be busy at times, the convenience of the location is a plus for many. Overall, the center is recognized for treating patients with respect and making them feel valued.
Every time I would like to share my experience regarding appointment wait times. Unfortunately, every time I have had an appointment, I have been kept waiting for a long time before being seen by the doctor. This has been quite frustrating and inconvenient, especially when appointments are scheduled in advance.
I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but consistent long waiting times make it difficult to manage my schedule. I would appreciate it if efforts could be made to improve punctuality and reduce the waiting time for patients.
The best decision of my life was going for information and treatment here in this specific center, awesome people who works here!

On December 7, 2025 my CPAP machine stopped working in the middle of me napping. December 7th was a Friday, so had to wait until Monday to let them know that it stopped working. Very difficult to get through. I told the nurse on the phone to let my Doctor know that I need a new prescription for my CPAP machine urgently! I have severe sleep Apena since 1999. I have been ignored so many times of my request. Made multiple calls & still no response. I have an appointment January 14, 2026 & hopefully I can get the care i need.
