This seems a place to bash River Bend medical. That won't be what my review is about. Mine will be about the fine care I receive from Dr Kristian Borofka. She has always taken the time with me that seems pretty hard to come by with most doctors. She listens, she exhibits empathy, and she helps find me specialist who will correct the health issue I have if it's out of the clinics expertise. Unfortunately, I've been there more in the last 2 years than I've been to the doctor in my whole life- and the same level of care extends to the PAs who work with her, namely Kaydra Vaccaro and Veronica Cordero. It seems they all have the bedside manner thing down. Thanks for a job well done. It doesn't look like you hear enough about the positive impact your work, care and attitude have on a patient.
Very professional and go the extra mile to help you anyway they can. They communicate very well and make sure when you leave you understand all your visits with an after visit summary.
Dr. Kristin Borofka is the best doctor ever. I have never seen a kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor before meeting her. She is amazing as I was searching and praying a good doctor for my mom for over 15 years without a luck. But fortunately found this kind doctor just few months ago working with River band groups.. I took mom to see her and she was amazing in the first visit. The office staff are good and the constant few times appointment reminder is really helpful. As I’m a mother of the born baby with other little kids and a full time employment on hand definitely I would have forgotten to bring mom to her appointment without few times reminders.
