“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together. We asked the team to help expedite the entire project due to school starting and holidays—and we would make fast decisions along the way.
