“Yes it was a long wait, but it happens. Everyone was so kind, and listened to what I needed. Not a normal ear infection kind of visit.

“Me and my sons have been patients of Dr.Joanna Meshreky at Norco Medical Group for many years. I have seen and been treated by many doctors in my lifetime. Many!!! So I think I have a very unique perspective of good and not so good care from providers. I can honestly say wholeheartedly Dr. Meshreky is by far the absolute BEST physician I’ve ever been seen by or have had the pleasure of being treated by. She is so kind, compassionate and personable. She ALWAYS answers all your questions in great detail and makes sure you understand everything she’s explaining. She never makes you feel rushed or like you’re asking too many questions. Never ever. I absolutely cannot say enough about how awesome she is. She is my FAVORITE Dr. of all the rest!!

Then I cannot end this without mentioning her absolutely wonderful, kind and very passionate Medical Assistant Sheri.Sheri is SO GOOD at her job!! She always comes in to assist Dr.Meshreky in all and everything she needs. She is so sweet and yet always has exactly the right words when and if she sees you struggling. Sheri has a beautiful way of ALWAYS making you feel better and also putting a smile on my face!!! I just love her!! Dr.Meshreky and her medical assistant Sheri are the absolute best working pair I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by!! I will never choose or go to any other primary care dr. I very highly recommend them to any and everyone!!!“

“I was looking for a place to go because I had injured my arm. I was kind of nervous to go into this place because I've never been there before. When I walked in it was a nice waiting room and the person at the desk greeted me. Check in was fairly simple and I didn't wait too long to be seen maybe to 10 minutes. The practitioner actually took time to listen to me and explain possible options to my treatment which I appreciated. We then decided agreed which treatment will be the best and we moved forward in getting that done. I will definitely return to this place if I need urgent Care.“

“I went in on Thanksgiving Day at 10 pm because my throat was hurting, had lost my voice and could feel congestion in my nose. The front desk clerk looked up my information quickly and had me take a seat. Fortunately, there were only 3 people ahead of me, so the entire visit took less than an hour. The Dr. examined me and determined that I had an infection in front of my throat and laryngitis. He wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic which I was able to get first thing in the morning. I have used this facility a handful of times and have always had a great experience. Sometimes it's busy but the staff and Drs. work quickly and efficiently to get you seen and out. I would recommend this facility to anyone.“

“I don't get all the bad reviews. I've been here twice for a couple of work-related injuries. Everybody has been kind, courteous, and respectful I've only had to wait longer than my appointment time once and that was on a Friday. The cure for my injuries has been exceptional.“
